Shipment Responsibility

EduPages Co. LTD is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier.

Delivery & Signature Requirement

Please note that, due to recent safety measures, couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, we do not claim responsibility for loss or theft. We do not replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered. We recommend contacting the courier for resolution.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery times are estimated between 7–28 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

Canada & US Orders:
Shipped from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.

UPS will attempt delivery three times before returning the package.
After the third failed attempt, UPS may hold the package at a nearby facility.
Please check the UPS site regularly for updates and contact UPS to confirm pickup location if no notice is received.
If the package is returned to us, contact care@mattandnat.com for assistance.

European Orders:
Shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD, PostNL, or UPS.

International Orders:
Shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery can take 2–3 weeks due to customs clearance or transit delays.
We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Australia Orders:
Shipped from our Australian warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.

Duties & Customs Fees

Customs and import duties are payable upon arrival in your country.
These fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are not controlled or refunded by EduPages Co. LTD.
For DDU (duties unpaid) shipments, you will be responsible for any import taxes or duties before delivery.

Wrong Address & Order Modification

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.
Contact us immediately at kapchrisco35@outlook.com if an address correction is needed.
We process orders quickly, and changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Orders with incorrect addresses that are returned to us can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be canceled or modified if requested promptly after placement.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Items returned due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery cannot be refunded or replaced.
If you wish to return an item, follow our return procedures as detailed in your order confirmation.
